Repairs and upgrades are subject to the availability of parts. In the case of older PCs it may be necessary to carry out some upgrading or alternatively to use second hand parts. Once a problem has been identified we will discuss the options with you.
In some cases you may want to supply the part yourself and have us fit it. This is fine but please ensure that you discuss the compatibility of the part(s) with us first.
Generally repairs and upgrades are best carried out at our base rather than the customer’s home. The exception being the fitting of memory modules or expansion cards which can be done quickly and with the minimum of tools or special equipment.
