We have now introduced a remote assistance service for customers who are able to get online but are having problems with their computers.  It allows us to assess a problem before deciding  if a call out is necessary or if we need to ask you to bring a computer in to us.  If the problem can be fixed remotely it can save considerably on costs. This service is available from any location as the connection is made over the Internet.
