Our standard labour rate for all work is £30 per hour for the first hour and any subsequent hours rounded to the nearest quarter hour when the job is complete.  

There is a variable charge for call outs (amount depends on how far from our bases in Alford and Strathdon) plus a £15 assessment charge. Assessments for desktops are free if performed at base but laptop assessment may be £15.00.

We always aim to complete the work as quickly as we can and at the lowest cost to you - with many jobs this is best done at base.  You can drop off your computer at Strathdon or Alford. Work carried out at base has a minimum £15 charge, total labour charges very rarely exceed £75. When computers are brought to us we charge for hands on time  only, i.e. we do not charge you for the time taken to run tests or scans which can be left to complete with minimum attention.

We offer fixed rate prices for a number of standard jobs we carry out.  These can be viewed in the pricing table.  For other jobs such as web design costs are worked out once the content, size and complexity of the site have been determined along with the need for hosting or other additional services.  A small simple site supplied on CD for you to upload would cost about £75.  Larger more complex sites requiring regular maintenance, domain registration, web hosting, email etc could run to £500 or more.
