Many folk manage to set up their Internet access and email without a problem but there are some new users who are a little unsure of how to go about this.  

We are happy to come out and set things up for you, first providing you with a checklist of the information you need to have on hand  for us.  

We can also provide a brief session to familiarise you with sending and receiving email, surfing the Internet, saving regularly used sites in your favourites folder etc.  Let us know the level of help you need and we will do our best to supply it.
